Planning Phase
The purpose of this stage is to confirm the information
gathered in the Discovery Stage. We want to integrate and
discuss all of the different perspectives in the Discovery
Stage so that everyone sees all of the pieces of the puzzle.
We will present a Defining Document, also known as a Statement
of Work or Requirements Document, for your approval. Your
approval will initiate the start of the next phase. Together,
we will confirm the:
- Business requirements
- Functional requirements
- Technical requirements
- Operational considerations
- Marketing considerations
- Creative perspectives
- Delivery perspectives
