Port Monitoring Solutions
Free Port Monitoring
This service allows customers to configure our systems to
monitor their server and its ports. Configuration of this
monitoring service is left up to the customer, and is the
sole responsibility of the customer to maintain. All the
alerts are sent to the customer who will respond to any
alerts that are generated.
Enhanced Port Monitoring
IHSYSTEM Enhanced port monitoring service provides customers
with a higher level of monitoring. Our systems monitor the
customers' server and ports (Determined during initial set-up)
and should a service fail our technical staff will restart
the effected service. This service is maintained and configured
by IHSYSTEM staff, and requires sign off by the customer.
