IHSYSTEM has selected Dell & HP (Compaq) as a strategic partner for both data center co-location and hardware equipment. IHSYSTEM’s data center is a state-of-the-art facility in Naperville and Oakbrook.

The IHSYSTEM data center is architecturally designed to be highly redundant and balanced. The infrastructure is built upon industry-leading technology from Microsoft, Dell, HP, IBM and Cisco.

Our data centers lead the industry for physical security, power availability, infrastructure flexibility and customer support, exceeding the standards set by global Internet brands and leading enterprises. This means larger facilities, all the top networks, robust power architecture, unrivaled security and more options than any traditional data center facility.

Security Settings relating to Server Access and Users Authentication:

IHSYSTEM has chosen to implement the latest technology that allows for the highest levels of Internet and Microsoft .NET security that are possible today. When you are accessing your servers your information is encrypted and authenticated, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Microsoft NTFS technology, respectively. The SSL systems provide complete data security for you and your users, and the NTFS authentication ensures that your valuable content is available only to registered users, and is not accessible to unwanted parties.
Each registered user in your organization is provided with a unique username and password. Each time a user logs onto your server or application, they can only be authenticated and allowed access using the correct username and password that has been assigned. A session is issued for the purpose of capturing encrypted authentication data for the length of the session. Neither the username nor the password is included in the session. Security protocols put into operation are determined by encrypted session Id’s and dynamic data.

Self-Management through Windows Terminal Services
Administrator access through Microsoft Terminal Services is a key enabler of customer control of their hosted applications and environments. Through Terminal Services, IHSYSTEM’s customers can perform remotely mission critical tasks like software version upgrades or patches, uploading files to managed hosted servers and more.
